Paul Ruth is Amazing. He stayed with me through all the ups and downs we had finding a house and selling my house. It was a 2 year endeavor. He never gave up my quest to find a house through all life's ups and downs my family had. I saw over 100 houses. Paul would come at a moments notice to show me a house. We lost a few bids because I would not bid higher. He understood my budget. Finally the house I needed became available. He came right away. He already had the scoop on the history of the house. Due to some medical conditions my husband had, we needed a certain type of house. In a specific area. We all know that it is almost impossible to get all you want for a limited price point. Paul made it happen. I got a house with no stairs, no pool, big yard, good fence and lots if storage. One problem solved. The next would be to sell my big house during a stagnant market.
